Whittle

Mr Whittle (James Donnelly) is one of the senior warders in the borstal, who often accompanies the Governor during inspections.

He is also present at report hearings and at the wing maintenance meeting, presumably as security for the Governor and Housemaster Goodyear.

Whittle is a tall, large and intimidating looking man, with an authorative tone and presence:
