Philip DaCosta is a former British child actor.
He had appearances in 1970's Scrooge, as well as appearances in Z Cars, Professor Popper's Problem, Doomwatch and King of the Castle.
He played inmate Jackson in 1979's Scum and also played Formby in the original 1977 BBC version of Scum.
