Charles Rayford
Charles Rayford was a British actor.
He played garden duty supervisor Mr Philpott in 1979's Scum, as well as appearances in The Morecambe & Wise Show, Doctor Who, Rumpole of the Bailey and Doomwatch.
He died in 1999.
